History
The early history of Daneault Partners, Inc. is actually the history of the company's president, Ronald M. Daneault. Ron (far right in picture) has spent the past twenty years in the construction industry where he has developed expertise in every aspect of project organization.
After attending college in New Hampshire in the mid 70's, Ron gained valuable construction experience beginning as a carpenter. He progressed to Foreman, then to Superintendent before moving to Florida in the early 80's. While working for one of Florida's largest construction companies, his responsibilities expanded into project management. By 1987, Ron's success propelled him to an opportunity in Atlanta. His position as a Senior Project Manager soon evolved into Project Director. In 1995 Ron launched his own firm specializing in project representation management. Now with teams of specific related assembled project associates, Ron and his teams offer their services to clients who are looking to get the job done. His valuable clients have included companies such as Cousins Properties Inc, The Richmond Development Co., J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Stonebridge Associates, Fairfax Properties, City Centre Properties, Hillwood Properties, Hicks Muse, Tate & Furst, and Olympus Real Estate Partners, to name a few.
